Jay Selman CEO
Jay Selman launched Pinpoint Technologies Inc. in 1993 with $400 and a great deal of enthusiasm. Jay has over 20 years' experience in sales management. He is also well versed in computer technology. Jay personally developed the majority of the software applications that Pinpoint uses to manage its operations.
In addition to his role at Pinpoint, Jay co-founded GrapeRadio in 2004. This Internet radio show promotes the knowledge of wine. It has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, The New York Times and CNN and is broadcast via podcast. GrapeRadio has thousands of listeners worldwide.
Jay is also actively involved in his community. He is committed to preserving California's unique ecosystem. He lives with his wife and daughter in the remote canyons of Southern California.
Daily Work Jay is primarily responsible for helping the company carry out its strategic plans and policies.

Brian Clark joined Pinpoint Technologies Inc. in 1993, bringing with him an extensive background in direct sales and marketing. Throughout his career, he has taken great pride in helping customers maximize their Return on Investment. In addition to his role at Pinpoint, Brian co-founded GrapeRadio in 2004. This Internet radio show, which has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, The New York Times and CNN, is broadcast via podcast and promotes the knowledge of wine. It has thousands of listeners worldwide. Brian also serves on the board for directors for the Child Guidance Center of Orange County. He is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Chris Shedlowski Senior Account Manager

Chris Shedlowski joined Pinpoint Technologies 10 years ago after meeting the Vice President of Sales, at a hockey game. Born and raised in Canada, Chris traveled the world as a professional skater. She feels her travels have helped her relate to people, as she can say that she's been to all 50 states, all of the Canadian provinces, and 22 cities in Japan. Chris studied arts and sciences in her undergraduate years, and prior to working at Pinpoint held management and up-selling positions, including a stint working for the city of Anaheim.

During her 10 years with Pinpoint, Chris has met some incredible people. She enjoys the challenge of relating to each and every one of her clients on a personal level and considers it an honor to have them as repeat clients. Carmela Matthews joined Pinpoint Technologies in 1997, bringing more than 21 years of sales experience to her role. Carmela began her sales career selling air filters and now takes pride in working with her clients to help them achieve their mail list marketing goals.
In addition to her work at Pinpoint, Carmela has her Real Estate license and has taken courses in business development. She has also helped raise money for Christian missionaries.

Rick Walker began his direct mail career at Pinpoint Technologies in 1998. His previous sales experience includes working for a credit repair company and working with stock market investors. Rick prides himself on providing a lot of follow up to his customers and understanding their needs and expectations.
Daily Work Works in the Sales department and plays an integral role in Customer Service. Rick consults with clients to determine which lists and services best suit their needs. Then after the sale, he provides ongoing support to make sure all questions are answered and all needs are met. Best Part of Job Learning from the owners of the company. Life Beyond Work In a word: animals. He and his wife show dogs (they have three champion Golden Retrievers) and also raise horses. Diane Johnson Senior Account Manager
Diane Johnson started working at Pinpoint Technologies 13 years ago, after making a sales call to President, Jay Selman. Diane's 26 years of sales and marketing experience also includes working for Dames & Moore Environmental Consulting, Raytheon and First American Title. Diane also has direct experience in public works and the MRO industries.
Diane's strengths include working on rush projects at a moment's notice. She is very easy going, professional and friendly.
Daily Work Diane provides Pinpoint's customers such as Publications, Associations and Universities, with the best prospects for their marketing campaigns.

Jimmy Valencia brings 10 years of direct sales experience and over four years of direct marketing experience to his role as Account Manager for Pinpoint Technologies. Before joining Pinpoint in 2002, Jimmy sold everything from consumer products to high-end software solutions. Being a driven, results-oriented professional, he prides himself on his listening and his problem-solving skills to help maximize his clients return on investment (ROI.) Jimmy tries to give back to the community as much as possible whether it be managing Little League baseball or volunteering at different community events.
